Investors are eligible for a full refund of payment for unused services if the request is made within 1 week of subscription.
If a refund request is made after 1 week of subscription, our firm reserves the right to charge a breakage fee equivalent to 3 months’ subscription.
For subscriptions lasting less than 3 months, if a refund request is made after 1 week of subscription, we reserve the right to deduct the entire subscription fee.
Refund will not be offered for report based services where the report has already been issued.
Service Postponement: Investors can postpone their subscription with a notice of 2 weeks. Proportionate services will be made available when the investor decides to resume their subscription.
